These privacy policy principles (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") describe the method of obtaining, using, and handling personal data obtained through the web interface www.nostrification.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "web interface").

Personal data protection is very important to us. Please read these Policy carefully as they contain important information regarding the handling of your personal data and related rights and obligations.
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS1.1. What do we follow when handling personal data? When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic and directly applicable regulations of the European Union, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and amending certain laws, as amended, and Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and amending certain related laws (Electronic Communications Act), as amended.
1.2. What are personal data? Personal data refers to all information that identifies or can identify a specific natural person. Personal data are in particular (but not exclusively):

Identification data, such as name and surname, identification number, tax identification number, date of birth, gender, login name to the user account;

Contact details, such as address of residence (or delivery address), phone number, email address;

Other data, such as information obtained through cookies, IP address (network identifier) including browser type, device, and operating system, times and number of accesses to the web interface and other similar information.
2. OBTAINING AND USING PERSONAL DATA2.1. How do we obtain your personal data? You provide your personal data to us mainly when filling out an order (possibly within a contact form), or when creating a user account or posting reviews. If there is any change in your personal data, please inform us.
When visiting and using the web interface, some personal data may also be obtained and stored through cookies. More about cookies can be found in Article 5 of this Policy.

On what basis and for what purposes do we process your personal data?

Personal data provided when inquiring (especially via the contact form) and ordering goods or services can be processed without your explicit consent based on and for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract, i.e., for the purpose of delivering goods or providing a service. Furthermore, we can process these data based on and for the purpose of fulfilling our statutory obligations (especially record-keeping, archiving tax documents, etc.) and based on our legitimate interest for the purpose of protecting our legal claims.

Personal data provided when creating a user account can be processed without your explicit consent based on fulfilling the contract and solely for the purpose of enabling access, management, and administration of the user account.

Personal data provided within the publication of reviews on the web interface can be processed without your explicit consent based on a statutory obligation, especially for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of reviews.

We are entitled to use your email address without your explicit consent based on our legitimate interest for sending commercial communications regarding our goods or services similar to those you have ordered from us. You can reject the sending of commercial communications at any time (even when ordering goods or services).

If you give us consent via the web interface, we may process your personal data entered on the web interface, especially when filling out an order or creating a user account, for the purpose of sending commercial communications and direct marketing, or for other purposes you have explicitly consented to. If you are under 15 years of age, your legal representative must give consent. In case of doubt, we may request confirmation of your age.

We determine your satisfaction with the purchase through email surveys within the Verified by Customers program, which our e-shop is involved in. We send these surveys every time you shop with us, unless you decline their sending. Processing of personal data for the purpose of sending surveys within the Verified by Customers program is based on our legitimate interest, for the purpose of controlling and improving our services and goods and determining your satisfaction with your purchase. We use a processor, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal, for sending surveys, evaluating your feedback, and analyzing our market position; for these purposes, we may provide information about the purchased goods or services and your email address. Your personal data are not passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending email surveys. You can object to the sending of email surveys within the Verified by Customers program at any time by rejecting further surveys using the link in the survey email. In case of your objection, we will not send you further surveys.

If you agree to the transfer of personal data for the purpose of evaluating a purchase, we will forward the order information along with your email address to Seznam.cz. They can then use this data to obtain an independent evaluation of our products and services. The transferred personal data will be kept only for the necessary duration for this use.

If personal data is processed via cookies, we process these personal data based on and for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract (only applies to essential cookies) or based on your consent (which you give on the appropriate banner on the web interface, without this consent it is not possible to collect these cookies), particularly for the purposes of user support, improving our services including analyzing user behavior, and marketing.
Using your personal data for a purpose other than for which they were obtained is only possible with your consent.
2.3. For how long do we use the data? Personal data provided when inquiring and ordering goods or services or when registering are used only for the time necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations, respectively to protect our legal claims. If you give explicit consent to the processing of personal data or if we use your email address to send commercial communications and/or to control and improve our services and goods in accordance with the previous article, the data will be used for the duration of the operation of the web interface on which we will offer services or goods similar to those you have ordered from us, or for the period specified in the consent.
3. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA3.1. Right to withdraw consent to personal data processing If we process your personal data only based on your consent (i.e., without any other legal reason), you can withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data is possible at any time, and that:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing carried out until the withdrawal of consent to processing.
3.2. Right to access personal data You have the right to ask us whether we are processing your personal data. If we are processing your data, you have the right to access these personal data and particularly the following information:

The period for which personal data will be stored.
Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the processed data. For additional copies, we may charge an administrative fee not exceeding the costs associated with making and delivering these additional copies.
3.3. Right to rectification If your personal data are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to demand immediate correction, i.e., rectification of inaccurate data and/or completion of incomplete data.
3.4. Right to object to processing You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time if we process them for direct marketing purposes, including any automated processing of personal data. After raising an objection, we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes.
3.5. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") You have the right to demand that we delete your personal data if:

the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

the personal data were processed unlawfully.
If there are no legal reasons for refusing the erasure, we are obliged to comply with your request.
3.6. Right to restrict processing You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data if:

When processing is restricted, we are only entitled to store your personal data; further processing is possible only with your consent or for legal reasons. If processing of personal data is restricted due to an objection to processing, the restriction lasts for the time necessary to determine whether we are obliged to comply with your objection. If processing of personal data is restricted due to disputing the accuracy of data, the restriction lasts for the time necessary to verify the accuracy of the data.
3.7. Right to data portability You have the right to obtain your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit them to another personal data controller.
3.8. How can you exercise your rights? You can exercise your rights in relation to personal data through our contact details. All information and actions will be provided to you without undue delay. We will accommodate you as much as possible when protecting your personal data. However, if you are not satisfied with the resolution, you have the right to contact the relevant authorities, especially the Office for Personal Data Protection (http://www.uoou.cz), which oversees personal data protection. This provision does not affect your right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly. If your residence, place of work, or place of the alleged violation of personal data protection is outside the Czech Republic in another EU member state, you can contact the relevant supervisory authority in that member state.
4. MANAGEMENT AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA4.1. Who processes your personal data? We are the personal data controller as defined by the Regulation. To the extent necessary to fulfill the contract or other obligations, we are authorized to transfer your personal data to other persons, e.g., carriers, warehouse operators, cloud storage providers, email campaign managers, the company providing the "Verified by Customers" certificate, external accountants, or other persons involved in fulfilling the contract or our obligations. We may also appoint other processors and recipients of personal data. We will inform you of who specifically processes your personal data based on your inquiry. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union unless necessary to fulfill the contract or for other reasons in accordance with the rules for such transfers established by the Regulation.
4.2. How do we process personal data? Personal and other data obtained are fully secured against misuse. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
5. COOKIES5.1. What are cookies? Cookies are text files stored on the computer or other electronic device of every visitor to the web interface that enable the functioning of the web interface. Not all cookies collect personal data; some only allow the proper functioning of the web interface. You can refuse the use of cookies by choosing the appropriate settings in your internet browser. Please note that if you refuse the use of cookies, it is not excluded that you will not be able to fully use all the functions of the web interface.
5.2. What cookies and for what purposes does the web interface use them? The web interface uses session (temporary) cookies that are automatically deleted after you finish browsing the web interface. It also uses permanent cookies that remain on your device until they expire or are deleted.

Used services working with cookies The web interface uses Google Analytics and possibly other services provided by Google LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Google"), Smartlook service provided by Smartlook.com, s.r.o., Facebook Pixel service provided by Facebook Inc., and Sklik service provided by Seznam.cz, a.s. These services work with information obtained through cookies. The Google Analytics service is used to obtain statistical information about your use of the web interface. Cookies obtained by this service expire depending on browser settings, but no later than 2 years, or until manually removed by you. The Smartlook.com, s.r.o. service is used to obtain statistical information about your use of the web interface. Cookies obtained by this service expire depending on browser settings, but no later than 2 years, or until manually removed by you. Google Ads service is used to identify you within Google's advertising network and to retarget ads. Cookies obtained by this service expire depending on browser settings, but no later than 18 months, or until manually removed by you.
Facebook Pixel service is used to identify you within Facebook Inc.'s advertising network and to retarget ads. Cookies obtained by this service expire depending on browser settings, but no later than 2 years, or until manually removed by you. Sklik.cz service is used to identify you within Seznam.cz's advertising network and to retarget ads. Cookies obtained by this service expire depending on browser settings, but no later than 18 months, or until manually removed by you.
